Patience with consistent hard work and smart moves will surely bring you success. In today's world, it is all about multitasking. The more the tasks, you are able to do is better. The quality has dropped. Today youngsters are very ambitious. They want lot of things in their life and that also very fast. In my office, my colleague is just twenty year old and has worked less then a year. He is earning ten thousand rupees a month. Now he is thinking of buying car and land taking loan from bank. In olden times, people would work for more then five years then think about these things. There is one more story of a friend. He thought that he will become Managing Director of a company after one year of working after his MBA. He had got good placement after his MBA but was given Pink Slip in six months and now he has been out of job for a year. Today the corporate world is more competitive. We have to be patient for hikes in salaries or promotions. We need to learn to be practical and also patient in today's world. I do hear lot of dreams of lot of youngsters. These youngsters think that their dreams will be accomplished in quick time. But the setbacks in life will teach them the realities of life.

The youth today are impatient in their relationships and personal life. There are lots more divorces happening in today's time. We tend to switch over our loyalties very soon. These days, you see lot of new couples fighting after their marriage. They seem have to forgotten that there need to be certain amount of adjustments made in any relationship. The couples need to learn to be patient patient with each other. You also see these days; the youth tend to have lot of relationships before their marriage. They don't stick to one person whatever the reasons are. Out of every four marriages, one is ending in divorce these days. The one reason could be women are working today and have their own freedom. They don't tend to overbear. They also don't show same kind of patience in their married life as few years back women showed in their marriage. The loyalties seem to be changing not only in personal life but also in work. The youngsters keep jumping companies. They don't stick in one place. They see the salary increase but not growth in career for long term. The relationship between people is becoming more diplomatic then usual.

In earlier times, people would work hard and were patient for success. They also showed lot of patience in their relationships. Today's youth are very impatient. They want everything as they wished and very quickly. But that can't happen. Stress has increased in today's youth due to their impatient nature. They don't want to adjust. The youngsters today are very self centered and selfish. I am also part of it. But, I have learnt through experience that patience is an important key aspect to success in both personal and professional life.
